  2. Conduct reverse engineering using precise coordinate measurement technology and metallurgical testing.
  3. Advance drawings to producible state by gathering specifications and reviewing drawings with industry experts and sales partners.

CPI’s detailed oversight of each customer’s order begins well before the order is received and continues through delivery.

Prepare for and Manage Production:
  • Coordinate material acquisition and tool development.
  • Schedule production capacity at manufacturers.
  • Acquire details from secondary manufacturers.
  • Track status and manage issues during production.
Conduct Internal and 3rd Party Inspections on Each Set:
  • Use coordinate measuring to check critical interference points prior to leaving manufacturing site.
  • Send parts to inspection facility for dimensional and 360 fixture checks prior to coating.
  • Compare CMM and third party inspection data prior to coating.
  • Re-inspect dimensions and fixture fit up after coating.
