- Acquire sample parts.
- Conduct reverse engineering using precise coordinate measurement technology and metallurgical testing.
- Advance drawings to producible state by gathering specifications and reviewing drawings with industry experts and sales partners.

| Rigorous Program Management |
CPI’s detailed oversight of each customer’s order begins well before the order is received and continues through delivery.
Prepare for and Manage Production:
- Coordinate material acquisition and tool development.
- Schedule production capacity at manufacturers.
- Acquire details from secondary manufacturers.
- Track status and manage issues during production.
Conduct Internal and 3rd Party Inspections on Each Set:
- Use coordinate measuring to check critical interference points prior to leaving manufacturing site.
- Send parts to inspection facility for dimensional and 360 fixture checks prior to coating.
- Compare CMM and third party inspection data prior to coating.
- Re-inspect dimensions and fixture fit up after coating.
